Return & Refund Policy

At Wrestling Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our custom footwear and other original products are made-to-order specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy is different from that of a traditional retail store.

Please review the following policy before placing your order.

30-Day Claim Period

If your Wrestling Fashion order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or in a size different from the size you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A photo of the product's size label, when applicable

  • Photos of the packaging/shipping label, when applicable

We may request additional photos or information to verify the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If we made a mistake with your order, we want to make it right.

Eligible issues may include:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You received a different size than the size you ordered.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

  • The printed design is significantly defective, misplaced, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate the issue.

Shoe Sizing & Wrong Size Selection

Our footwear is made-to-order, so please carefully review the size chart on the product page before ordering.

If you receive the size you ordered but the shoes do not fit as expected, this generally does not qualify as a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

We cannot guarantee refunds, returns, or free exchanges when the customer selected the wrong size.

However, if the size you receive is different from the size listed on your order, please contact us within 30 days.

Please double-check your shoe size before completing your purchase.

Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse

Because our custom Wrestling Fashion products are produced specifically for you after your order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or decided you do not like the style after receiving it.

This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled products.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders can enter production quickly, contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has started.

Please carefully review your product, design, size, quantity, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Wrestling Fashion cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or free reshipment when an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct it if the order has not already entered production or shipment.

Lost Packages

If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

  • Check around your property and mailbox.

  • Ask members of your household.

  • Check with neighbors.

  • Contact your local carrier or post office.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact Wrestling Fashion as soon as possible with your order number and shipping information so we can investigate.

Returns — Contact Us First

Please do not mail a product back without contacting Wrestling Fashion first.

Returns must be reviewed and authorized before they are shipped.

If a physical return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address after reviewing your request.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Affiliate Products

Some officially licensed wrestling merchandise displayed on Wrestling Fashion may be offered through third-party affiliate retailers.

When you click an affiliate link and complete your purchase on another retailer's website, your purchase is made directly from that retailer.

The return, refund, exchange, cancellation, and shipping policies of that retailer apply to those purchases.

Wrestling Fashion cannot process refunds or returns for purchases completed directly through a third-party retailer.

Include your order number, explanation of the issue, and clear photos when applicable so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
